OICL AO Selection Process

To get selected as an Administrative Officer (AO) in OICL, candidates must pass three stages of the selection process. Candidates must clear each stage to move to the next one. The selection process consists of three phases:

Prelims Exam – This is the first test with basic questions on English, reasoning and numerical ability.
Mains Exam – Candidates who pass the prelims take this exam. It has more detailed questions on reasoning, English, general awareness and professional knowledge.
Interview – Candidates who clear the mains are called for an interview, where their communication skills, confidence, and subject knowledge are checked.
