How to Apply

Submit the application form along with all necessary testimonials/documents and applications fee of Rs.500/- demand draft in favor of Director, NIELIT Shimla, Payable at shimla, fee once paid will not be refunded in any case.

Important Instruction

1.Download the application form from NIELIT website www.nielit.gov.in/shimla under recruitment tab.

2. Check the eligibility criteria of education qualification and experience before applying for any post. Without meeting educational qualification, experience for the post, the application will be straightly rejected and not entertained.

3. Only demand draft/DD (₹. 500/-) in favour of Director, NIELIT Shimla will be accepted and no other payment mode will be considered.

4. Only one-post-one-draft/DD will be considered and if applicant applies for more than one post a separate application form and demand draft/DD for every additional post will be required.

5. Age for the post of e-District Manager is 21-35 and other post is 18-45 only.

6. The envelop for application form should be highlighted on top with “Post Applied For __ ”.

7. Fee once paid will not be refunded in any case.

8. For any update, the candidate should visit NIELIT Shimla website www.nielit.gov.in/shimla regularly and no separate correspondent/e-mail/call will be made in this regard.

9. The candidate can select/choose the place of posting (Distt/Block/School Name) from the list under the recruitment tab.

10. No application form will be accepted under any circumstances after 28-04-2025 up to 5:00 PM.

11. No application form will be considered through e-mail/what app/by hand. Only speed post/registered post will be considered.

12. All the educational documents/experience certificates should be self attested.

13. Latest passport size photograph should be attached in application form.
