IBPS RRB CRP-XV Recruitment 2026 HP Gramin Bank Recruitment 2026 Apply Online for Officer & Office Assistant Posts The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released a short recruitment notification for the Common Recruitment Process for Regional Rural Banks (CRP RRBs-XV) 2026. The recruitment process will be conducted for Group “A” Officers (Scale-I, II & III) and Group “B” Office Assistants (Multipurpose) in participating Regional Rural Banks.

IBPS RRB CRP-XV Recruitment 2026 Qualifications

Candidates must possess the required educational qualification for the post they wish to apply for. Post-wise eligibility details are given below:

Office Assistant (Multipurpose): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University or its equivalent. Candidates should have proficiency in the prescribed local language of the participating RRB. Working knowledge of computers is desirable.
Officer Scale-I (Assistant Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognised University or its equivalent. Preference may be given to candidates having degrees in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing & Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy. Local language proficiency and computer knowledge are also applicable.
Officer Scale-II General Banking Officer (Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate along with the prescribed banking or financial institution experience.
Officer Scale-II Specialist Officer (Manager): Candidates must possess the relevant qualification for the concerned specialization such as Information Technology, Chartered Accountancy, Law, Treasury, Marketing or Agriculture along with the prescribed experience.
Officer Scale-III (Senior Manager): Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks in aggregate and minimum five years’ experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
