IIM Sirmaur Non Teaching Recruitment 2026 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must meet the minimum eligibility requirements in terms of educational qualifications, work experience, age, and nationality. The required criteria are as mentioned below.
Educational Qualification (Post-wise)
- Superintending Engineer: Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (min. 55% marks).
- Chief Administrative Officer: Master’s degree in any discipline (min. 55% marks); LLB preferred.
- Finance Advisor & CAO: CA/ICWA/CMA final pass, or MBA (Finance).
- System Manager: B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science/IT (min. 55% marks).
- Administrative Officer: Master’s degree (First Class); MBA preferred.
- Hindi Officer: Master’s degree in Hindi with English as a subject, or vice versa (min. 55% marks).
- Hindi Translator-cum-Typist: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Hindi (min. 50% marks).
- General Manager (Administration): Master’s/Bachelor’s degree (min. 55% marks).
- Chief Security Officer: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (min. 55% marks); ex-servicemen of Lt. Colonel rank or above preferred.
- Legal Officer: Law graduate (LLB) with relevant government/PSU legal experience.
Age Limit
Age limits vary by post, ranging from preferably below 30 years (Hindi Translator-cum-Typist) to below 60 years (Legal Officer). Retired persons applying for General Manager (Administration) and Chief Security Officer should preferably be below 65 years. Age relaxation for reserved categories will be as per Government of India norms.
