Maximum Age : 30 Years

The relaxation in upper age limit shall be applicable for reserved category

SJVN Shimla Workman Trainee Recruitment 2025 : Pay Scale

Rs 21,500/ – with increment @ 3%

In addition to Basic Pay, the Workmen Trainees will be entitled to IDA, allowances @ 35% of Basic Pay under cafeteria approach, HRA/ Contributory Provident Fund, Conveyance Reimbursement, Leave Encashment, Performance Related Pay, Medical Facility for self & dependents etc. as per extant company rules. On successful completion of Training period of 01-year, Workmen Trainees will be regularized in the same pay scale with 3% increment. Further, career progression will be guided by the applicable Promotion Policy of Workmen.
