Upcoming 24 Posts of Clerk, Manager, Assistant Manager Jobs in KPARD Bank Ltd. कांगड़ा सहकारी प्राथमिक कृषि एवं ग्रामीण विकास बैंक का विस्तार किया जाएगा। बैंक ग्रामीण स्तर पर पांच नई शाखाएं खोलेगा। इसके साथ ही बैंक में जल्द ही करीब 24 पदों पर भर्ती भी की जाएगी। यह जानकारी बैंक के चेयरमैन राम चंद्र पठानिया ने दी।

Upcoming 24 Posts of Clerk, Manager, Assistant Manager Jobs in KPARD Bank Ltd. इसके अतिरिक्त बीओडी में बैंक की नई ब्रांच को खोलने को भी हरी झंडी मिल गई है। जिसके तहत पहले फेज में पांच ब्रांच खोली जानी हैं, जो कांगड़ा, ज्वालामुखी, पंचरुखी, मेहतपुर व हमीरपुर में खोली जानी हैं। वहीं दूसरे फेज में भोटा, हारचक्कियां, रक्कड़, भडूही व लगडू में खोली जानी है। इसके उपरांत दूसरे चरण में भोटा, हारचक्कियां, रक्कड़ व बदूही में भी बैंक शाखाएं खोली जाएंगी।

बुधवार को बैंक की बोर्ड आफ डायरेक्टर की बैठक धर्मशाला में आयोजित की गई, जिसमें बैंक में भर्तियों और शाखाएं खोलने के बारे में निर्णय लिए। बैंक में असिस्टेंट मैनेजर, क्लर्क, रिकवरी सुपरवाइजर सहित अन्य 24 पद इंडियन बैंक सर्विस के माध्यम से भरे जाएंगे।

Manager	i) A second class degree of recognized university. ii) Banking line experience of five years or Diploma in Land Development banking.
Assistant Manager	A second class degree of recognized university.
Recovery Supervisor	10+2 with 50% marks or Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline from recognized University. Candidates belonging SC/ST/OBC & Cooperative Societies, concession/grace of 5% marks shall be admissible. Preference will be given to the candidates having Diploma in computer applications/Diploma in cooperative management.

PAY SCALE AND ALLWOANCES:– All of the posts are to be filled on contract basis and the initial emolument attached with each post is as under:-

Besides, after regularisation, the appointee shall be eligible for other monetary & financial benefits like medical reimbursement leave encashment & gratuity etc. as are applicable to the Bank employees.
