SBI Clerk Recruitment 2026 Apply Online for 1538 Posts State Bank of India (SBI) has released the SBI Clerk Notification 2026 for a Special Recruitment Drive to fill backlog vacancies in the clerical cadre. A total of 1,538 Junior Associate (Customer Support & Sales) vacancies have been announced for SC, ST and OBC candidates under Advertisement No. CRPD/CR/SPLDRIVE/2026-27/16. The online application process begins on 7 August 2026 and will continue till 27 August 2026.

SBI Clerk Recruitment 2026 Qualifications
Candidates must possess a graduation degree in any discipline from a recognised university or an equivalent qualification recognised by the Central Government.
SBI Clerk Recruitment 2026 Age Limit
- Candidates must be between 20 and 28 years of age as on 1 April 2026.
- The candidate should have been born between 2 April 1998 and 1 April 2006, both dates inclusive.
Age Relaxation
Age relaxation is available to eligible candidates as per SBI rules:
- OBC: 3 years
- SC/ST: 5 years
- PwBD (OBC): 13 years
- PwBD (SC/ST): 15 years
- Ex-servicemen: Actual period of service + 3 years, subject to a maximum age of 50 years
- Trained SBI Apprentices: Category-wise relaxation ranging from 4 to 16 years, as prescribed in the notification
