Canara Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2024 Selection Process

A merit list will be prepared of those candidates who successfully apply for the Canara Bank Apprentice Recruitment 2024 in descending order based on the marks obtained in 12th Standard. More than one candidate having the same percentage will be ranked according to their age in descending order. The shortlisted candidates will be called for document verification during which document collection and a test of the local language will be conducted.

Test Of Local Language

Candidates who provide a 10th or 12th standard mark sheet or certificate as evidence of having studied the specified local language they opted for will be exempted from the local language test. For other candidates, this test will be part of the selection process and will be conducted during the Document Verification stage.

Canara Bank Apprentice Salary 2024

Canara Bank will pay a monthly stipend of Rs. 15,000 during the period of Apprenticeship. The Apprentices are not eligible for any allowances/benefits. Every month Canara Bank will pay an amount of Rs. 10,500 into the account of Apprentices. The government’s contribution of Rs 4500 as a stipend will be directly credited to the apprentice’s bank account through the DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) mode, in accordance with current guidelines.
