Qualifications

(A) Applicants must have passed the 10+2 exam from a recognized Board of School Education or University.

Matriculation from a recognised Board of School Education, plus a one/two-year Diploma or Certificate from an ITI in IT (Information Technology) & ITES (Information Technology Enabled Sectors), as notified by the Director-General of Employment & Training (Govt. of India) from time to time OR Three-year diploma in information technology (IT)/ computer science/ computer engineering from a Polytechnic recognized by the AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education).

(B) Typing speed on a computer is 30 words per minute and 25 words per minute in English and Hindi respectively.
