प्रदेश में वन मित्र भर्ती की तैयारियां पूरी हो गई है। इसी महीने भर्ती प्रक्रिया को वन विभाग शुरू करने जा रहा है। प्रदेश में 2061 पदों पर यह भर्ती आयोजित होनी है और इसके लिए सभी सर्किल को आदेश जारी कर दिए है। दरअसल, भर्तियां मंडल स्तर पर होंगी और इसके लिए एसडीएम की अध्यक्षता में गठित कमेटी अपने स्तर पर फैसले लेगी। विभाग विभाग ने सर्किल स्तर पर 20 नवंबर से भर्ती प्रक्रिया को शुरू करने के आदेश दिए है।

इन आदेशों में सर्किल स्तर पर अधिकारी रिक्त पदों और भर्ती के तय नियमों को लेकर प्रचार करेंगे। इस दौरान भर्ती के लिए आवेदन आमंत्रित करने की तारीख भी तय की जाएगी। साथ ही साक्षात्कार कब तक पूरे किए जाएंगे इसका निर्धारण भी किया जाएगा। गौरतलब है कि वन मित्र भर्ती के लिए तैयार पॉलिसी में इकलौती बेटी को विधवा, तलाकशुदा या एकल महिला के लिए भी भर्ती में तीन अंक देने का फैसला किया है।

मैरिट 100 अंकों से तय होगी और इसमें सबसे बड़ा हिस्सा शैक्षणिक योग्यता का होगा। शैक्षणिक योग्यता में 75 अंक तय किए है। इनमें दस जमा दो में 75 अंक हासिल करने वालों को पूरे अंक मिलेंगे, जबकि इससे कम नंबर होने की स्थिति में 0.75 अंकों से उन्हें गुणा कर प्रतिशत का आकलन किया जाएगा और इसी के आधार पर वन मित्र भर्ती की मैरिट तैयार होगी।

वन मित्र भर्ती में आखिरी बाधा पर्सनल इंटरव्यू की है और इसके लिए दस अंक तय किए गए है। इसके अलावा आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर और बीपीएल परिवार से संबंधित आवेदक और एससी, एसटी और ओबीसी को दो अंक मिलेंगे। एनसीसी, भारत स्काउट एंड गाइड और एनएसएस सहित राष्ट्रीय खेलकूद स्पर्धा में पुरस्कार जीतने वालों को पांच अंक तय किए है। इन अंकों के आधार पर मैरिट तय की जाएगी। मैरिट के आधार पर वन मित्र भर्ती के आवेदक अगले चरण में पहुंचेंगे। भर्ती के लिए सबसे अहम पड़ाव शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा का है।
HP Van Mitra Recruitment 2023 – Physical Standard
भर्ती के लिए आयु सीमा 18 से 25 वर्ष तय की गई है। पुरुष आवेदक के लिए ऊंचाई 165 और सीना 79 से 84 सेंटीमीटर जबकि महिला के लिए ऊंचाई 150 सेंटीमीटर और सीना 74 से 79 सेंटीमीटर होना आवश्यक है। पुरुष आवेदक को 30 मिनट में पांच हजार मीटर की दौड़ पूरी करनी होगी। महिला के लिए दस मिनट में 1500 मीटर की दौड़ अनिवार्य रहेगी। वन विभाग में अब वन मित्र भर्ती की प्रक्रिया की सभी तैयारियां पूरी होते ही 20 नवंबर के बाद भर्ती शुरू हो जाएगी।
शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा की भी अहम भूमिका
वन मित्र भर्ती कमेटी का रास्ता भी साफ हो गया है। एसडीएम की अध्यक्षता में ही कमेटी बनेगी। एसडीएम की अध्यक्षता में कमेटी बनाने के फैसले पर विवाद बढ़ गया था। वन विभाग के अधिकारी इस भर्ती प्रक्रिया को अपने अधीन ही पूरी करवाना चाहते थे। लेकिन अब एसडीएम को ही अध्यक्ष बनाने का फैसला किया है, जबकि डीएफओ या एसीएफ सदस्य और आरओ सदस्य सचिव होंगे। कमेटी शारीरिक दक्षता परीक्षा के साथ ही सर्किल स्तर पर आने वाले आवेदनों की छंटनी और जांच के बाद भर्ती की प्राथमिकताएं तय करेगी।

HP Van Mitra Recruitment 2023 interested candidates should have to be a resident of Gram Panchayat / urban Local Body falling in the jurisdiction of the Forest Beat concerned along with that the candidate had to be physically fit with sound mind, never involved in any act of criminal activities. Desirable knowledge of customs, manners and dialects of Himachal Pradesh is necessary.
