HPPSC Shimla Recruitment 2022 Online Recruitment Applications (ORA*) are invited from desirous and eligible candidates for recruitment to 12 (UR = 07, SC of H.P. = 02, OBC of H.P. = 02 and EWS of H.P. = 01) post(s) of Training and Capacity Building Coordinator, Class-II (Non-Gazetted) (on contract basis)

in the pay scale of Rs.10,300-34,800+₹ 5000/- Grade Pay (Emoluments for Contract Employee(s) Rs.15,300/- per month in the Department of Revenue (Disaster Management Cell), Himachal Pradesh through ORA, which shall be available on the Commission’s website www.hppsc.hp.gov.in/hppsc.).

Qualification

(i) Master Degree in Disaster Management/Geology/Geography/Environmental Science from a recognized University.

Post Graduate Diploma in Disaster Management from recognized Unversity or from an Institution affiliated to a recognized University or from a deemed University.

(ii) A minimum of 03 years work experience in Documentation and report writing in the field of disaster management from any National/State/Disaster Management Authority, International agencies, such as United Nation Bodies i.e. UNDP,UNEP,UNICEF etc. and State/Central Government Organization thereof.

Information Technology Specialist : 01 Post

Qualification

(i) MCA or B.E./B.Tech Degree in IT /Computer Science from any recognized University or an Institution affiliated to a recognized Board or University or from a deemed University.

“B” level course from DOEACC/NIELIT Society.

(ii) A minimum of three (03) years work experience in IT related activities, management of web portal, MIS/Database Management in Government or Public Sector Organization.

Emergency Communication Specialist : 01 Posts

Qualification

i) Master Degree in Telecommunication and Electronic from recognized University.

ii) A minimum of 03 years work experience in the field of disaster management or handling emergency communication or working in control room in any Government Departments/ Public Sector Undertakings after acquiring the above educational qualification.

Geographic Information System and Remote Sensing Specialist : 01 Post

Qualification

i) 1st Class Master Degree in Geology/Geography with one year Diploma in remote sensing and Geographic Information System (GIS) from any recognized University.

ii) A minimum of 03 years work experience in Remote Sensing, Geographic Information System (GIS) and Image Interpretation with any Government/Semi Government/Public Sector organizations after acquiring the educational qualifications.
