IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025 IDBI Bank Ltd., invites online applications from eligible candidates for the post of Junior Assistant Manager (JAM), Grade ‘O’. The above positions will be on pan India basis as per the selection process enumerated hereunder.
A total of 676 vacancies have been announced under Advertisement No. 3/2025-26. Interested and eligible candidates can apply online from 08 May 2025 to 20 May 2025 through the official website of IDBI Bank.
A Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD) from a recognized university.
Candidates should have computer literacy.
IDBI Junior Assistant Manager Recruitment 2025: Age Limit
The candidate must be between 20 to 25 years as on 01 May 2025 (i.e. born between 02 May 2000 and 01 May 2005, both dates inclusive). Age relaxation will be provided as per Government norms:
SC/ST: 5 years
OBC (NCL): 3 years
PwBD: 10 to 15 years (based on category)
Ex-Servicemen and others: as per applicable rules

The selection process includes:
Online Test (OT) – objective type
Document Verification (DV)
Personal Interview (PI)
Pre-Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT)
Final selection will be based on a combined score of OT and PI:
Final Score = 75% OT Score + 25% PI Score
