Govt Jobs 2021 Punjab Police has given an employment notification for the recruitment of Police Constable (except for the vacancies against the sports quota, which shall be filled separately in the District Police Cadre & Armed Police Cadre of the Punjab Police) Vacancies.

District Police Cadre : 2015 Posts
Armed Police Cadre : 2343 Posts
Qualification
Candidates Should Possess 10+2 or its equivalent from a recognized Education Board/ University
In case of Ex-Servicemen, the minimum educational qualification shall be Matriculation.
Physical Standard
For being eligible for the post of Constable in District Police Cadre and Armed Police Cadre, minimum height required for male candidates is 5 feet 7 inches and for female candidates is 5 feet 2 inches
Age Limit (as on 01-01-2021)
Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years
Maximum Age Limit: 28 Years
Age relaxation is applicable as per rules

For General: Rs. 1000/- (Application Fee + Examination Fee)
For Ex-Servicemen(ESM) of Punjab State only/Lineal Descendants of ESM: Rs. 400/- (Application Fee)
For SC/ST of all States and BC of Punjab State only & EWS Candidates: Rs. 550/- (Application Fee + Examination Fee)
